Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Adult Medicine Concierge, and they will contact us.
If you need to talk to your concierge doctor after our regular hours, as a member of Adult Medicine Concierge, you may contact them at any time, day or night, by calling their cell phone. You may also email them if you prefer. Members are given all necessary contact information when they sign up.
At Adult Medicine Concierge, we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (561) 745-7878 to find out if we accept your plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Adult Medicine Concierge are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). Established patients can easily request refills through our convenient patient portal or by calling our office at (561) 745-7878.
