Meet Irma V. Lopez, MD
Dr. Irma Lopez is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been treating patients throughout Palm Beach County since 1997. Her broad range of training and experience makes her uniquely qualified to address the many needs of her patients.
Dr. Lopez studied at the University of Havana Medical School and received her medical degree from the Eugenio Maria de Hostos University in the Dominican Republic, where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to complete her internship and internal medicine residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
She is affiliated with Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and Jupiter Medical Center, where she also served on the hospital’s board of directors. Dr. Lopez is a founding member of the Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization and served on its Board of Directors as Chair of the Finance Committee.
Dr. Lopez is committed to improving the delivery of superior healthcare for her patients and the larger community in which she lives and works. Dr. Lopez is a valued asset in north Palm Beach County and has been honored with a Physician’s Recognition Award with Commendation from the American Medical Association.
Dr. Lopez is fluent in English and Spanish.

Charitable Work
Dr. Lopez and her husband, Miguel, have a passion for helping make a difference in the world. The couple have been making regular volunteer trips to western Kenya since 2015. She has served on the medical team for Kenya Relief, a nonprofit that operates a 60-acre campus in Africa, including a medical/surgical clinic, orphanage, and school. They have two adult daughters, Jessica and Jamie. Irma enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking with her family.
Meet Elizabeth M. Valdés, DO
Dr. Elizabeth M. Valdés is a dedicated physician with a passion for preventive care and holistic medicine. Her approach integrates lifestyle medicine into her practice, emphasizing the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and promoting overall well-being through nutrition and mental health care.
Dr. Valdés earned her bachelor of science in biology from the University of Florida before going on to earn her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. She then completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Miami and the HCA Florida JFK Hospital.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Valdés enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with her future husband and their beloved dog, Maggie. Now joining Adult Medicine Concierge, she is thrilled to bring her personalized, high-quality care to the community.
Dr. Valdés is fluent in English and Spanish and is now accepting new patients.

Jan Smith has dedicated her career to the medical field since 1980, holding various pivotal roles over the years. Since joining our team in 2011, Jan has been instrumental as our Office Manager and Concierge Coordinator. Her mission is to ensure that every patient receives efficient, compassionate, and personalized care.
Jan believes that each individual is unique and deserves treatment tailored to their specific needs. This philosophy is at the heart of her commitment to Adult Medicine Concierge, where providing exceptional care is her highest priority. Jan finds it both an honor and a privilege to serve our members, helping them achieve the best possible health outcomes.
Outside of her professional life, Jan and her husband, Tim, have been residents of Jupiter, Florida, since 1985. They are proud parents of two adult children, Sarah and Kyle, and share their home with four dogs. In her free time, Jan enjoys a variety of activities including beach outings, boating, snorkeling, playing with her dogs, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.

Originally from Massachusetts, Ginette moved to Florida in 2020 and has been making an impact in primary care ever since. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Anselm College in 2004 and spent six years as an oncology nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Driven by a passion for prevention and wellness, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in 2010, and has worked as a primary care nurse practitioner ever since.
Ginette is affiliated with the ACO and AANP and is actively involved in her local community. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, staying active outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband and two children, taking advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities Florida has to offer. While she misses the vibrant colors of autumn in Massachusetts, she loves Florida's year-round outdoor lifestyle.
Ginette finds immense satisfaction in working closely with patients to help them achieve their health goals and values the special rapport she has with each of her patients at Adult Medicine Concierge.
Vanessa Crespo has been a valued Medical Assistant at Adult Medicine Concierge since 2016, bringing over a decade of experience in the medical field. She earned her associate degree in medical assisting from Keiser University, giving her a strong foundation in patient care and medical practices.
Vanessa finds great fulfillment in her role, where she can be personable with patients and help them feel better. She loves the family atmosphere at Adult Medicine Concierge, where coming to work feels like being among loved ones.
Outside of work, Vanessa is the proud mother of two boys, AJ and Adriano, who share her love of sports, particularly football and basketball. One of their favorite family adventures is taking road trips, with Savannah, GA, and the Carolinas being among their top destinations. Creating lasting memories through travel and sports with her children brings her the greatest joy.
Vanessa’s extensive experience, compassionate care, and dedication to excellence make her an integral part of the team, enhancing the patient experience at Adult Medicine Concierge.
Jamie Lopez, MS, RDN, CDN of Jamie Lopez Nutrition & Wellness is a registered dietitian nutritionist and nutrition educator.
Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University in 2014, and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University in 2017. Before joining Adult Medicine Concierge, Jamie worked at God’s Love We Deliver in New York City, where she provided comprehensive medical nutrition therapy for clients diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, and many other life-changing medical conditions.
An anti-diet dietitian, Jamie believes in providing nutrition education using a non-diet, patient-centered, weight-inclusive approach. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and hiking.

Originally from Cuba, Gipsy dedicated over 10 years to practicing medicine before moving to Canada in 2001. Embracing new opportunities, she found her place at Adult Medicine Center, where she has been a valued team member for 2.5 years. Gipsy recently earned her nurse practitioner license in 2024, and she thrives on seeing patients' positive attitudes and the progress they make towards their health goals.
A devoted mother, Gipsy enjoys spending weekends at Riviera Beach on Singer Island with her two grown children, Andres (25) and Gipsy (23), who are both university graduates and sports enthusiasts. In addition to her love for the beach, she also enjoys taking walks with her dog. Gipsy is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives through compassionate care.
Affectionately known as Rae, Raishmi Partap has been a dedicated Medical Assistant with Dr. Irma Lopez since 2005. Rae plays a vital role at Adult Medicine Concierge, expertly managing both front- and back-office responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care. She earned her Medical Assistant degree from New England Tech in 2005, providing her with the skills and expertise to excel in her position.
Originally from Trinidad in the West Indies, Rae moved to the United States with her parents when she was just four years old. In 2019, she married her husband, Haimant, and enjoys spending her free time traveling, shopping, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
Rae loves the work environment at Adult Medicine Concierge, where her co-workers and the positive energy make each day rewarding. Her favorite aspect of patient care is knowing she’s making a difference by helping people, which fuels her passion for her work.

Darlene Walsh has been passionately involved in the medical field since she was 15 years old. Over the years, she has excelled in various roles, including front desk operations, insurance processing, and as a Medical Assistant. Currently, she serves as Dr. Lopez’s medical secretary, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the role.
Darlene first joined Dr. Lopez’s practice when it opened in 1997 and has been a valued team member ever since. After a retirement period, she returned on a part-time basis, where she continues to contribute significantly to our team.
A proud alumna of Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, Florida, Darlene graduated in 1974. She and her husband, Bob, have been happily married for 47 years. Together, they have three adult children and five grandchildren, who bring immense joy to their lives.
Outside of work, Darlene enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves playing pickleball, working out at the gym, and watching her grandchildren participate in sports. Her dedication to her family and active living is a testament to her vibrant and caring nature, which she brings to her role every day at our practice.
Darlene’s long-standing dedication to medicine and her warm, compassionate approach make her an integral part of our team at Adult Medicine Concierge.
